Immediate Need - Consumer Service Representative
Consumer Service Representative to answer consumer inquires and complaints. The job entails responding to consumer calls, email, and postal mail. Alert supervisors if there is something unusual to report. This position will be in contact with many internal departments such as Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, and Legal. This person must have prior call center experience, be a good negotiator, and capable of responding to consumer email. The candidate must possess a command of the English language both written and verbal. They must be well spoken and easy to understand over the phone. The right candidate must be professional, have a spotless attendance record, and great team skills. When facing stress, the right candidate must appear cool and calm. Experience required • Must have a Bachelor's degree • 2-4 years of call center experience • Must have experience working with Outlook • Must have advanced Excel skills
