Founded in 2004, Pearl Interactive Network is a Woman-Owned Small Business, HUBZone Certified social enterprise that reduces barriers to employment, particularly in rural and Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Zones. At the heart of what we do is providing opportunities for transformation and growth. Both for our team and our customers. Pearl CEO and Founder Merry Korn came from a background in social work, but always had a passion for business. With the formation of Pearl, she was able to combine her two passions for social good. Over nearly two decades, we have had the pleasure of getting to know and work with thousands of people who joined the Pearl team, helping them contribute to a larger mission, support their talents and take pride in helping them realize their own value and the impact they have on the world.
