DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Applicant Assistance
Responds to applicant inquiries in a prompt and informative manner
Monitors different recruitment platforms (email, mobile, Skype, Facebook, etc.) in order to assist applicants
Provides assistance, instructions, and guidelines to applicants undergoing the recruitment process
Prepare the resumes and profile sheets of the applicant before endorsing it to the initial interviewer

Sourcing
Manages company social networking accounts by posting updates, responding to inquiries, and other concerns related to the HR Department
Designs job advertisement posters to be used for Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs, and other websites
Makes reviews, articles, and blog entries to help improve company branding and marketing

Clerical Work
Organize and file documents under the HR Department
Send emails for the result of the applications of the applicants
Prepares files needed for different recruitment activities

QUALIFICATIONS
Student of any four-year course
Being a student of Education, English, Psychology or HR Management course is an advantage
Has excellent English communication skills
Has exceptional sourcing and interviewing skills
Has professional attitude towards co-workers and applicants

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work on a shifting schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM)
Must be amenable to work on weekends and on holidays
Must be amenable to work before or beyond the indicated shift
Must be amenable to work overtime as needed
